Refund and Return Policy
30-day window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
What we accept
- Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Unopened items in their original packaging
What we cannot accept
- Opened or partially used bottles, unless the product was defective
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without contacting us first
Because this is a liquid treatment product, we cannot resell an opened bottle. This is standard for automotive chemical products and is why we ask you to contact us before returning anything.
How to start a return
Email oficial@nexovertex.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We respond within 2 business days.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund or replace it and you will not need to ship anything back.
For unopened items you simply changed your mind about, you cover return shipping. We will send you the return address once your request is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Cancellations
You can cancel a free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the return process above.
Products not covered
NEXO CLARITY is a cosmetic restoration product for oxidized plastic headlight lenses. It does not repair cracks, chips, or internal condensation, and results vary with the age and condition of the lens. Dissatisfaction with the degree of improvement on a heavily degraded headlight is not covered as a defect.
