At NEXO VERTEX, we respect consumer rights and want purchase terms to be clear.

Withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to communicate their decision to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to exceptions under applicable law.

To start a return, email oficial@nexovertex.com with your order number and your decision to withdraw. We will provide the applicable instructions and return address.

After communicating withdrawal, the goods must be sent without undue delay and within the legal period. Unless NEXO VERTEX expressly states otherwise, the customer bears the direct return cost for a voluntary withdrawal.

Refunds

Where withdrawal applies, payments legally due will be refunded, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered where required, within the applicable legal period and generally using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer provides sufficient proof of return, whichever condition occurs first, where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact oficial@nexovertex.com as soon as possible. Include the order number and attach photos when they help identify the issue.

Legal Warranty

New goods are covered by the applicable legal conformity guarantee. In Spain, as a general rule, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent during the three years following delivery.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases provided by law, such as certain personalized goods, goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, and sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
