Where we ship from

All NEXO VERTEX orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the United States. Nothing is shipped from overseas, which is why our delivery times look like domestic delivery times.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days via USPS. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4 to 9 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend transit beyond these windows.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to replace orders lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at oficial@nexovertex.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
