Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These terms govern purchases made at nexovertex.com. The seller is Santos Esteban Galindo, operating under the trade name NEXO VERTEX. Full identifying and contact details are available in the Legal Notice.

1. Products and Availability

The main characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Availability may vary. If, after an order is placed, an availability issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact the customer to provide the legally appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

2. Prices and Taxes

Prices for the Spanish market are shown in euros. The final price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are presented before payment is confirmed. The amount shown at checkout takes precedence over earlier informational references.

3. Purchase Process

The customer selects products, provides the information required for shipping and payment, and reviews the summary before confirming the order. Automatic receipt of the order does not prevent legitimate payment, availability, or fraud-prevention checks.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through Shopify and the payment providers enabled in the store. NEXO VERTEX will not request full bank-card details by email.

5. Shipping

Current shipping zones, rates, and delivery estimates are described on the Shipping & Delivery page and finalized at checkout. Any timelines identified as 24/48 hours are operational estimates for products and routes that expressly state them, not an absolute guarantee against events outside the seller's control.

6. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

For distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to communicate withdrawal, subject to legally applicable exceptions. The procedure, return costs, and refund rules are detailed on the Returns & Refunds page.

7. Defective Products and Legal Warranty

Consumer rights regarding conformity and legal warranty will be respected in accordance with applicable Spanish law. For new goods, the seller is generally liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent during the three years following delivery.

8. Incorrect Information

The customer must provide correct and sufficient information to process the order. If an error is found in the address or contact details, it should be reported as soon as possible. It may not always be possible to change a shipment once it has been dispatched.

10. Applicable Law

The version published on the site at the time of purchase applies to the order, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
