Shipping Cost

The standard rate currently configured for eligible orders in Spain is €6.99. Shipping is free when the order reaches the threshold shown at checkout, currently €55.

The final cost is shown before payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times

Estimates shown on product pages depend on the assigned logistics route. Items identified as “24/48 h” use a fast-delivery route from Spain, but this period is an estimate in business days and may be affected by order time, holidays, carrier incidents, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information.

Orders will be processed without undue delay and, in all cases, within the maximum period required by applicable distance-selling law.

Tracking

When the logistics operator generates tracking information, it will be made available to the customer through the channels enabled by the store.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issue

The customer must provide a complete and correct address. If you notice an error, email oficial@nexovertex.com as soon as possible. Once dispatch begins, changing the address may no longer be possible.
